EVERYBODY DOING A LITTLE, MADE A BIG DIFFERENCE

We are so happy to have been joined by people from all walks of life on our 10 day journey from Sylt to Skagen. We travelled all along the west coast of Denmark to help raise awareness of the increasing plastic pollution challenges we all face.

THE SPORT

Like the Olympic flame, the message was brought by baton along the coast. People of all abilities had the opportunity to run, sea kayak, SUP or swim a part of the journey to help raise awareness of the problem.

WALK & TALKS

Henrik Beha from Plastic Change shared his expansive knowledge on topics such as micro plastic, the plastic supply chain and lobbying governments for change to help people to understand how they can help.

BEACH CLEAN UP

Beach clean ups were arranged on 8 out of the 10 days of the event. The clean-ups gathered enthusiastic volunteers of all ages to help to clean some of the beaches most effected by plastic waste. They were organised and run with help from KIMO, local Municipalities, Tønnisgård Rømø, Ren Strand Fanø, Northshore Surf Shop, Vestevent in Løkken and Giving Back from Hjørring.
